Counsel to Mrs Kent, namely, C.W. Omeke & Co, of Increase Associates located at No. 4 Celila Plaza, Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt has threatened legal suit if this notice is not adhered to.

‘Failure to adhere to this notice shall leave us with no alternative than to institute a legal action or action(s) against whoever that will defer from this notice by facing the legal consequence as ascribed by Law.’, Omeke said.

This development is against the backdrop of Duke allegedly and illegally ceasing and renting out the said property for the past 3 years.

According to findings by NEGROIDHAVEN, the said contentious property was willed by Duke’s late mother to her son, namely, Anthony Karibi Bobmanuel the younger brother to Onari Duke. When Duke’s younger brother died, he left a wife and minor who has not received any money from his inheritance in the past 3 years since his father passed away.
