The attention of the Hon. Minister, Federal ministry of water Resources& Sanitation, Engr,(Prof) Joseph Terlumun Utsev has been drawn to reports of trespass into the Land of the Headquarters of Cross River Basin Development Authority in Calabar. Some have even gone to the extent of attempting to sell such land to unsuspected members of the Public.
For the avoidance of doubt the honourable minister wishes to informed the general public that the fenced area within the Authority\’s Headquarters premises in Calabar has never been ceded to any body or group of persons in whatever guise.
The Land areas of Çross River Basin Development Authority which was acquired 40yrs ago is officially gazetted and certified by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
