The Position of NYCN Boki Chapter, In Regard to the Resignation of VC Central from the CPC.
First of all, I wish to applaud the CPC for the sacrificial services they are doing as regards genuine process of the ongoing planning for a successful Cross River NYCN Convention 2024. I equally wish to use this opportunity to reaffirm my loyalty to His Youthfulness, Comrade, Dan Obo Jnr, in solidarity to the giant strides and significant milestone NYCN Cross River State has attained under his watch.
Following the resignation of the VC Central, from the Central Planning Committee of the ongoing Cross River State NYCN 2024 Convention. We write to apologize to His Youthfulness, Comr. Dan Obo Jnr, the CPC and the State leadership of NYCN for deformation of the face of the State NYCN as imprinted in the letter of resignation signed by the VC Central today 13th June 2024.
We sincerely wish to express our dissatisfaction to the resignation of VC Central from the election planning committee 2024. While we acknowledged the right of expression of personal opinion by the VC Central, in totality, we condemn his resignation which came without recourse to Boki NYCN Stakeholders Forum and the Council in our LGA as his parental body.
We wish to remind the VC Central and to inform the general public that he, the VC Central is from Boki LGA and his nomination into the State Exco is rooted in Boki LGA, a decision of this magnitude should have been decided by the stakeholders of NYCN Boki Chapter, giving that he was the only eye 👁 of Boki LGA in the State CPC Committee but non of us was pre-informed before the action. Hence, the decision of his resignation was his sole decision and doesn’t represent the interest of NYCN Boki LGA.
Thus, the decision of his resignation is rather considered as a coup attempt to twat the only ambition of Boki LGA in the forthcoming State NYCN elections.
