All the recently appointed persons by His Excellency the Governor, Senator Bassey Edet Otu into various positions and responsibilities in government are by this notice expected to abide by the schedule below for their mandatory documentation in the office of the Secretary to the State Government.

- Documentation for Special Advisers – Wednesday July 10th,
- 2024.
- Documentation for Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants – Thursday & Friday July 11th & 12th, 2024.
- Documentation for Heads and members of Boards and Agencies, – Monday 15th to Wednesday 17th July, 2024.
The schedule is simply for the purpose for orderliness and ease of handling for the desk staff.
