Former APC chairmanship aspirant for Biase Local Government Council, Deacon Andy Owai, has congratulated Mr. Edodi Eyong (Edison) on his selection as the party's consensus candidate For the forthcoming local government election

Former chairmanship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Biase Local Government Council, Deacon Andy Owai, congratulates Mr Edodi Eyong( Edison),on his emergence as the preferred consensus chairmanship candidate for the party in the local government.

In his congratulatory message, Owai stated that Edodi Eyong emergence is a testament to the Cross River State APC’s commitment to fostering internal party democracy.

Owai, who welcomed the outcome of the APC’s ingenious consensus process, praised Governor Bassey Otu and the APC State Chairman, Alphonsus Eba, for their patriotic zeal, wisdom, and decisive leadership in resolving the chairmanship challenges in Biase Local Government Area and across the state. He stressed that the party’s survival and unbreakable unity are of utmost importance to him.
