The Biase Rescue Movement (BRM) has officially endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Bassey Otu for a second term in office, describing the move as a clear call for continuity and consolidation in governance.
The group emphasized that the endorsement is based on its assessment of ongoing policies and developmental strides at both the federal and state levels, which it believes should be sustained beyond 2027.
According to the BRM Director General, Cmr Solomon James, the decision reflects the collective voice of stakeholders across Biase who are aligned with the vision of stability, progress, and sustained development.
In a major political development, the biggest and most rooted socio-political group in Biase has also vowed to mobilize 1,000 fresh votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Bassey Otu, as well as all APC candidates in Biase ahead of the 2027 general elections.
This was communicated by the Grand Patron of BRM, Eld Andy Owai, through the DG, Cmr Solomon James. He noted that BRM has become a household name in Biase and remains one of the most consistent political structures in the area.
He further emphasized that sustaining a strong grassroots mobilization structure since 2024 is not an easy task, especially without holding any political office or appointment, adding that consistency has been the defining strength of Eld Andy Owai as Grand Patron of BRM.
With 56 community coordinators, 11 ward coordinators, and a central working committee, Eld Andy Owai has reportedly directed supporters and the entire Biase political base to return to their communities, remain committed, and intensify preparations toward a massive vote delivery for the APC in the coming elections.
