Yan Diomandé Agrees Personal Terms With Paris Saint-Germain as Transfer Talks Advance
Yan Diomandé has reached an agreement on personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain, with the French champions now leading the race to sign the highly rated youngster ahead of several Premier League clubs.
The Ivorian forward has reportedly chosen PSG as his preferred destination, with a five-year contract already prepared for Diomandé as the club continues negotiations over a potential summer transfer.
However, a deal is yet to be completed, as RB Leipzig remain firm on their valuation of the player. The German club are demanding more than €100 million to allow Diomandé to leave this summer after rejecting Liverpool’s proposal worth €90 million plus €10 million in add-ons.
Leipzig have also presented PSG with an alternative solution that could see the Parisian club complete the transfer this summer while allowing Diomandé to remain in Germany on loan until the beginning of the 2027/2028 season.
The structure of the potential agreement is now under consideration, with the final decision resting between PSG and RB Leipzig as discussions continue.
Diomandé’s impressive performances have attracted interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, but his decision to commit his future to PSG has placed the Ligue 1 side in a strong position as they look to secure one of Europe’s most promising talents.
Further negotiations are expected as both clubs work towards finding an agreement that satisfies all parties involved.
