Alex Onyia Sponsors Three Nigerian Students, Two Teachers to Represent Nigeria at International STEM Olympiad in Rome

Three outstanding Nigerian students are set to represent the country at the prestigious International STEM Olympiad in Rome, Italy, following a fully funded sponsorship by Educare CEO, Alex Onyia.

The Chief Executive Officer of Educare, Alex Onyia, announced that he has sponsored the participation of three students and two teachers for the international competition, covering all travel, accommodation, visa, and other related expenses.

The students selected to represent Nigeria are Chimdiebube Onwubiko, Egejurum Onyedikachi, and Don Anele Munachimso. They will compete in the Mathematics and Science categories of the International STEM Olympiad alongside participants from 154 other countries.

Sharing the update, Onyia disclosed that all travel arrangements have been completed, with visas already issued to the delegation, ensuring they are fully prepared for the competition in Rome.

The International STEM Olympiad is a globally recognized academic competition that brings together exceptional young talents in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The event provides students with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, problem-solving skills, and innovation while interacting with peers from across the world.

The sponsorship has been widely praised as a significant investment in Nigeria’s educational development and a demonstration of the role private individuals and organizations can play in supporting academic excellence.
