PSG Reach Verbal Agreement With Ajax for Mika Godts
Paris Saint-Germain have reached a verbal agreement with Ajax to sign Belgian winger Mika Godts, with the French champions moving closer to completing another major addition to their attack.
According to the latest update, PSG sent an official proposal to Ajax on Friday, which was verbally accepted by the Dutch club. The total package is expected to be worth €55 million.
Godts has already agreed personal terms with PSG, having reached an agreement with the club several weeks ago. The Belgian winger has been keen on the move, and negotiations between the clubs have now reached a decisive stage.
The 20-year-old has emerged as one of Ajax’s most exciting attacking talents, attracting strong interest from several European clubs with his pace, dribbling ability and versatility in the final third.
His ability to operate on the wing and create chances could provide additional attacking options for the Parisian side.
With the official proposal now verbally accepted, the remaining steps are expected to focus on finalising the paperwork and completing the formalities of the transfer.
The €55m package would represent a significant sale for Ajax and underline Godts’ growing reputation across European football.
The deal is now expected to move into its final stages, with the Belgian winger on course to become PSG’s latest attacking reinforcement.
