Espanyol Agree Deal to Sign Bryan Zaragoza on Loan

Espanyol have reached a verbal agreement to sign Bayern Munich winger Bryan Zaragoza on an initial loan deal, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The Spanish club had identified Zaragoza as a key target and have now secured an agreement for the talented attacker to join them on loan.

The deal will include an obligation to buy, meaning Zaragoza is expected to leave Bayern Munich on a permanent basis in the summer of 2027 once the conditions of the agreement are met.

Zaragoza, who has been looking for regular playing opportunities, will now have the chance to continue his development in LaLiga with Espanyol. The Catalan side are confident that the winger can add pace, creativity and attacking quality to their squad.

With the verbal agreement now in place, the remaining formalities are expected to be completed before the transfer is finalized.

Espanyol’s persistence has paid off as they secure one of their preferred attacking targets, while Bayern are set to see Zaragoza depart permanently next summer under the terms of the agreement.
