Lizzy Anjorin Gets Court Order Over Priscilla Ojo’s Son

Written by Mary Bassey

A Lagos State High Court has issued an interim order restricting Nollywood actress and businesswoman, Elizabeth Ibukun Anjorin Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing or circulating photographs of Priscilla Ojo’s son, Rakeem Mkambala.

The order was granted on September 2, 2026, by Justice Yetunde Adesola Adesanya of the High Court of Lagos State, sitting at the Lagos Judicial Division, in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.

The suit was filed by actress and influencer Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Mussa Mkambala, and their son, Rakeem Mkambala, against Anjorin Lawal.

According to the court order, Anjorin, as well as her agents, representatives and anyone acting on her behalf, were restrained from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading or broadcasting photographs of Rakeem on specified social media platforms.

The platforms listed in the order include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok, with several accounts associated with Anjorin specifically identified.

The court also directed Anjorin to cease publishing, posting or broadcasting editorials concerning Priscilla, her husband and their son through the specified social media accounts.

The order followed an ex-parte application dated August 26, 2026, filed by Priscilla, Juma and their son.

An ex-parte order is an interim order made at an early stage of proceedings without the respondent being heard at that stage. The latest restriction will remain in force pending the hearing and determination of the applicants’ Motion on Notice.

The court further directed that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for reassignment to the appropriate division.

The development adds a fresh legal dimension to the long-running public dispute involving Anjorin and members of the Ojo family, which has repeatedly played out on social media.
