According to the notice, payments should be made using a bank debit card or local bank transfer through the approved payment process on the portal.
Students have also been advised to use the official university portal for the stated registration procedures rather than relying on other portals.
The SUG Directorate of Information urged students to take the guidelines seriously and ensure that all registration requirements are completed accordingly.
Students experiencing difficulties are encouraged to contact the appropriate university authorities for assistance.
The union also called on students to share the information with their friends, coursemates and departmental groups to ensure that everyone is adequately informed about the registration process.
