ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 credits in their O -level resultWASSCE/GCE,
NECO) which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology,
at not more than two (2) sittings.
2. Candidate must be between the ages of 17 & 25years by October, 2023.
3. Candidate must be a Nigerian by birth.
4. In addition to the above, candidate must have sat for UTME 2023 & scored a minimum
of 160 marks in the examination.
PROGRAMME DURATION: Four (4) years for ND/HND Nursing Programme.
PURCHASE OF FORMS: Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (Post UTME)
forms are to be obtained from the Registrar\’s Office on the payment of non-refundable fees
of Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000) only in cash. Sales of Admission form is from
1st of June to 25th August 2023. Completed Form must be returned with photocopies
of credentials (O-level Results), Secondary School Testimonial, Birth Certificate, Certificate of
State/Local Government of Origin & 2023 UTME Result) and three(3) passport photographs on
or before 25th August 2023.
