CRS Chapter Nigerian Youth Watch Comments On The Forthcoming Ogoja/Yala And Akpabuyo Federal House Of Representative By-Election.

The NYW understands the vicissitude of the Ogoja/Yala and Akpabuyo Federal House Of Representative By-elections scheduled to hold on saturday 26th February, 2022.

We have also observed with dismay the tension this election has created in the regions and we understand the key factors involved.

We are therefore calling on the INEC to carry out their duty without fear or favour, we encourage the police to continue the good work in maintaining peace and order.
We most importantly call on the involving political parties to cooperate with all relevant authorities to maintain a peaceful, free and fair election where the votes of the masses will count supreme.

As an association with the interest of the youths at heart, we will mobilize our members within the regiono to observe the elections and will not hesitate to call out wrong doings carried out by any of the key players involved.
