Inter Agree Deal to Sign Djed Spence from Tottenham
Inter Milan have reached an agreement to sign Djed Spence from Tottenham Hotspur, with the England right wing-back set to continue his career in Italy.
The two clubs have agreed on a transfer fee worth €31.5 million for Spence, bringing an end to negotiations over the defender’s move to Serie A.
Spence is now expected to travel to Italy, where he will undergo his medical tests before completing the formalities of the transfer. The medical is scheduled to take place next as Inter prepare to finalise the deal.
The 25-year-old has developed into a versatile right-sided defender, capable of operating as a wing-back or full-back. His pace, athleticism and ability to contribute in both defensive and attacking phases have made him an attractive option for Inter.
The Nerazzurri have been working to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season, and Spence’s arrival will provide additional depth and competition on the right flank.
For Tottenham, the €31.5m agreement represents a significant transfer as the club continues to reshape its squad.
With the club-to-club agreement now in place, the next step is for Spence to complete his medical in Italy before signing his contract and officially becoming an Inter player.
If everything goes according to plan, the England international will soon be unveiled as Inter’s latest signing.
