Pastor Joshua Bassey Eyo is the current Chairman of the Fellowship of Gospel Music Ministers of Nigeria (FOGMMON), Cross River State Chapter, and the visionary behind the Calabar Gospel Music Big Red Carpet.
My deepest desire is to see Gospel Music Ministers in Cross River State gain global visibility and access to international platforms because I strongly believe that our state is blessed with exceptional talent, creativity, and anointing that the world can greatly benefit from.
I believe in intentionality, excellence, attention to detail, and the power of possibilities. Once God lays an idea in my heart, I am committed to pursuing it until it is fully executed. The Calabar Gospel Music BIG RED CARPET began as a simple word and vision, but it has now been transformed into colorful images, unforgettable experiences, and lasting memories.
For me, no location is truly local; it is only limited thinking that localizes a place. In this era, through the instrumentality of music and digital platforms, it is possible to reach the world from wherever you are.
I remain convinced that Cross River State has what it takes to produce Gospel Music Ministers who will stand boldly on national and international stages, representing Christ with excellence and impact.
As I have said before, within my lifetime, I will witness Gospel Music Ministers from Cross River State being featured on major national and global platforms, including The Experience Lagos Gospel Concert and many others around the world.
