Sir Arthur Jarvis Archibong Felicitates Muslims on Eid-el-Kabir, Commends Their Contribution to Cross River’s Growth
The Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Cross River State, Sir Arthur Jarvis Archibong, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim faithful across the state and Nigeria at large as they celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir festival.
In his goodwill message, Sir Arthur Jarvis Archibong prayed for God’s blessings, protection, and provision upon all Muslim families, while urging residents to continue embracing peace, unity, sacrifice, and love, which are the core values of the Eid celebration.
“I wholeheartedly congratulate and join the teeming Muslims in Cross River State to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, as I pray God Almighty to bless, protect, and provide for everyone,” he stated.
The PDP governorship candidate acknowledged the vital role of the Muslim community in the socio-economic development of Cross River State, describing them as key contributors to the growth and progress of the state’s economy.
“The Muslim Community has been part and parcel of the economic hub of our dear State. We are happy to collaborate with you as partners in economic progress,” he added.
Sir Arthur further assured the Muslim faithful and residents of the state of his unwavering commitment to improving the welfare of Cross Riverians through inclusive governance, people-oriented policies, and sustainable development initiatives.
“Be assured of our unalloyed collective support, Insha Allah, as He grants us our heart desires in our quest to better the lives of all Cross Riverians and residents alike. Your hard work is applaudable and would never go unrewarded,” he said.
He concluded by once again wishing Muslims a peaceful and joyous Eid-el-Kabir celebration filled with happiness, prosperity, and divine favour.
