The Cross River State Government notes that as the Carnival Calabar peaks in activities from Wednesday 27th, the calabar carnival route to follow regarding a good carnival displays
Therefore, public and private vehicles owners should adhere to the following directives:
i. No influx of vehicles without duly signed permit by the State Security Adviser on the carnival routes.
ii. No vehicle is allowed to accompany the bikes on the Biker\’s Carnival, except ambulances.
iii. Members of the public are urged to adhere to guidelines and obey security agents and carnival officials at all times.
iv. Flouting of any of these directives to cause issue at the calabar carnival route, will attract stiff sanctions.
