The calabar carnival 2023 is an annual event organised by the state government starting from 1st December to 1st January.
In 2023, there’s a change which is adding 30th November to 2023 calabar festival which is now a different date schedule as ever known for.
Meanwhile, former administration have reduced it to two weeks but the current regime is bringing it back the real festival we all know.
ARE TICKETS PAID DURING CALABAR CARNIVAL?
The answer is No. !!! The whole festival is free except otherwise like some event that is not organized by the state government but is recognised by the government to be part of the festival activities
