QliqMedia Launches Internship Program, Partners with Univad for Tuition-Free Diploma in Digital Marketing

QliqMedia, a media company and digital marketing agency, and the owners of Naira Diary, Qliq Digital, and Believers Watch, has partnered with Univad, an online learning institution offering high-quality, affordable online courses in tech, business, and other in-demand fields. This partnership aims to empower young Nigerians with digital and globally relevant skills.

In May 2024, Henshaw Jacobson, the founder of QliqMedia, announced the launch of Qliq Digital, an advertising and marketing agency for small businesses. Two weeks later, he introduced the Qliq Digital internship program, promising hands-on experience in digital marketing, mentorship from experienced professionals, real-world projects, a certificate of completion, and more.

Today, we are looking at the partnership between QliqMedia and Univad, designed to equip Qliq Digital interns with digital and globally in-demand skills, enabling them to compete in the global labor market. The internship will run for three to six months, depending on the program. Upon completion, successful interns will receive a certificate and automatically qualify for the scholarship.

Speaking on the importance of the internship and the partnership with Univad, Henshaw shared that when he started, he sought opportunities to learn and grow under someone but couldn’t find any. “I had to leverage online courses on platforms similar to Univad, YouTube, e-books, and blogs. Today, with the experience I have gained running QliqMedia, managing a lifestyle and Christian a blog, and working with business and personal brands, it’s important to provide platforms to mentor young people while helping them grow.
