The National Coordinator of the APC Progressives Hub Forum and Convener of the forthcoming National Town Hall Meeting Hub, Hon. Bukie Okangbe, has applauded the remarkable efforts of Governor Prince Bassey Otu for the establishment of a state-of-the-art digital library.
Hon. Okangbe described the project as a significant milestone in advancing education and fostering technological growth in the state.
According to her, the governor’s vision reflects a genuine commitment to equipping the next generation with modern learning tools, bridging the digital divide, and empowering citizens with knowledge access in the 21st century.
She further emphasized that the digital library will not only benefit students and researchers but also enhance the state’s capacity to embrace innovation, making it a hub for intellectual and technological excellence.
“Governor Otu’s investment in education through this digital library is a bold step towards preparing our people for global competitiveness,” Hon. Okangbe stated.
The just remodeled facility is expected to provide free access to thousands of e-books, research materials, and digital resources, cementing Cross River State’s position as a forward-thinking and education-driven region.
