We are looking for a strong, assertive, and highly skilled organized male Factory Supervisor from the age of 30 and above to oversee daily operations in both our factory and project sites. If you’re confident in managing people, enforcing standards, and driving results, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise factory staff and on-site installers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee production and installation processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Track site activities and ensure deadlines and standards are met.
• Submit daily updates and reports to management.
• Uphold workplace discipline and team productivity.
Requirements:
• MUST be a graduate.(Degree holder)
• male candidates only.
• Reliable, independent, and proactive work ethic.
• Prior experience in factory or site supervision is an advantage.
