As preparations intensify for the forthcoming 2027 General Elections, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has continued its primary election process across the country for various political offices, excluding local government chairmanship and councillorship positions.
In Cross River State, the party has officially released what is regarded as the authentic list of cleared aspirants after several unofficial and conflicting lists circulated across social media and political platforms
The newly released list has already generated reactions among party faithful and political observers, particularly following the omission of former federal lawmaker, Daniel Asuquo, popularly known as Dansuki, whose name reportedly did not appear among the cleared aspirants.
The development has sparked conversations within political circles as supporters and stakeholders continue to monitor the APC primary process ahead of the elections.
