Prophet Michael C. Noah has criticised social media personality VeryDarkMan (VDM) over what he described as repeated mockery of Christians and their manner of worship.
Noah said his comments were not primarily about VDM’s criticism of Apostle Arome, whom he noted had also criticised fellow pastors in the past.
According to the prophet, his concern was VDM’s alleged mockery of Christian prayers and practices.
“The reason why I’m saying this is not because he attacked Apostle Arome. Because Apostle Arome himself attacks his fellow pastors. But the reason why I’m saying this is him mocking the Christians. How the Christians pray, he mocks them,” Noah said.
He alleged that VDM had also criticised him on several occasions but claimed he deliberately chose not to respond because he did not consider the social media personality to be on his level.
Noah also referenced VDM’s 2025 trip to China, saying he had been doing business with Chinese people and travelling to Asian countries long before VDM’s visit.
Defending Christians’ right to practise their faith, the prophet urged people of different religions to respect one another’s beliefs.
“The Muslim believe what they believe. The Hindu believe what they believe. Allow us Christians to believe what we believe,” he said.
Noah further said his Christian faith would remain firm even if people questioned the existence of Jesus Christ or heaven.
He then issued a strong warning to VDM over what he described as mockery of Christianity and prayer.
“Your days are numbered. Nobody fights the word of God and goes free. You can’t mock the word of God and go free,” Noah warned.
He also said Christians should not be expected to remain silent when their faith is mocked, although he added that he was responding to what he perceived as a challenge rather than calling for violence.
Concluding his remarks, Noah told VDM that he believed he would face consequences for his actions and warned him about the forthcoming election.
“I’m telling you that God will punish you, and your days are numbered,” he said.
He added, “If you don’t take time, this coming election will take your head.”
