Written by Mary Bassey

A man abducted alongside his wife and daughter in Kaduna State has reportedly cried out for help as his right hand swells, raising concerns about his health and safety in captivity.

In a distressing appeal, the victim was heard pleading for help, saying he did not want his hand to be amputated.

“Please help me, I don’t want my hand to be cut off,” he reportedly said.

The development has sparked concern over the condition of the victim, who is being held alongside his wife and daughter following their abduction.

The swelling of his right hand has raised fears about possible complications if he does not receive timely medical attention.

However, further details about the circumstances surrounding the abduction, the location where the family is being held, and the victim’s current medical condition remain unclear.

The incident has renewed concerns about the safety of residents in Kaduna State amid persistent reports of abductions and attacks in parts of northern Nigeria.
