The youth wing of the IBOE Alliance has inaugurated grassroots political leaders across Boki and Ikom Local Government Areas of Cross River State as part of preparations for the 2027 general elections.
The inauguration was led by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Youth Mobilisation, Comr. Dan Obo, who mobilised members of the alliance for the exercise aimed at strengthening grassroots political structures and mobilising support for All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates.
The mobilisation covers candidates contesting the presidential, governorship, senatorial, House of Representatives, House of Assembly, and other elective positions.
APC Leaders Charge Grassroots Members on 2027 Elections
Speaking during the inauguration, Owan Major Nta urged members and residents to regard the forthcoming 2027 general election as a collective responsibility and work towards the victory of APC candidates across the country.
He called on the grassroots leaders to mobilise support for the party’s candidates, beginning with the presidential candidate.
Hon. Nkwam Odom, Williams Okom, Hon. Jacob Etta, and Mbeh Sagas Etta also encouraged members and supporters to participate actively in the elections and turn out in large numbers to vote for APC candidates.
