Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has expressed confidence that President Bola Tinubu will emerge victorious in the 2027 presidential election, insisting that social media popularity does not determine electoral success.
Badmus, while speaking about the 2027 election, praised Tinubu’s administration, saying the President has made significant contributions to Nigeria through various policies and reforms.
She specifically highlighted the administration’s tax reforms and the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), noting that Nigerians are already benefiting from some of the government’s initiatives.
The actress also commended Tinubu’s efforts in the education sector, arguing that his administration deserves recognition for its achievements.
She further declared her support for the President, revealing that she is actively campaigning for him and intends to vote for him in the 2027 election.
According to Badmus, political victories are not determined by social media trends or online popularity, but by the level of support candidates enjoy among voters at the grassroots.
She maintained that having a strong grassroots following remains crucial to winning elections, expressing confidence that Tinubu has the support needed to secure another term in office.
