Ayade pass Law on refuse disposal in calabar

Henceforth, all trucks conveying stones, sand, Goods and waste must be properly covered to avoid dispersing on the roads. Household are expected yo bag their before disposal,throwing of waste from vehicle on major road are prohibited,if caught both the offender and the driver will be held responsible.

Consequently,surveillance team has been set across the state to monitor,apprehend and enforce the process. Defaulters will be penalized/sanction in line with the provision of the cross river state Environmental protection
