Biase PDP stakeholders dump party to APC
The eventful celebration witnessed the defection of the councillor representing the good people of Erei North Onun Ralph Egwu ( Too Much Money),and the entire Erei North PDP ward executives,Mrs Mercy, S.B.Evong the Vice Chairman of SSANU University of Calabar Branch,they has left the Opposition Party PDP, and decamped to the Ruling Party APC.
Onun Ralph Egwu, said he left the opposition party because of the great provocation, ridicule and flagrant persecution to give opportunity for peace, reconciliation and harmonious existence.
Hon.Ralph Egwu and others further said baffling and alarming for PDP leaders to get away the fraudulent act of composing the list of delegates and the imposing of candidates in the PDP just concluded primaries, were the major reasons why the left the opposition party, PDP.
The councillor and his fellow decampees said it was after extensive consultations with all the important stakeholders within the APC family that they had come to this difficult but inevitable decision to pitch their political tent elsewhere; where they could enjoy greater sense of belonging and where the interest of Biase will be best served.
\”For the past one year, our people and associates have suffered alienation and have been treated as outsiders in their own party .
Thus, may have become disaffected and disenchanted to seek redress and correct these anomalies were deliberately blocked as a hovernment within a government had formed an impregnable wall and left in the cold, everyone else who was not recognized as \” one of us\” this is why we decided to seek accommodation elsewhere said the decampees\”

Miziam Arikpo with his entire chapter executives, The Chairman of Biase L.G.A, Hon. Chief. Ada Charles Egwu, The Vice Chairman of Biase, Hon. Barr.Oyono Owai, Biase appointees, The candidate representing Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency Onun Emil Inyang, The Biase 2022-2023 Campaigns Director General, Associate Prof. Uti Egbai, Member Representing Biase State Constituency, Rt.
