Cross River Artist forum follow the world culture on recent celebration

Cross River State Artists Forum CRAF, gears up to celebrate World Music Day in grand style.

The artists forum is the only recognized umbrella for Cross River State musicians and musical creatives in the state and the celebration of Music as an art is a strong statement that music still exist in the paradise city.
The celebration will start with a novelty match today on the 20th of June 2023, by all the music creatives at the Immaculate Conception Primary School Field Ikot Ansa, Opposite Zone 6, Calabar.

Next is a street walk from Atekong
through the University of Calabar, Goldie Mount Zion and Watt Market, to the Art and Craft village, Cultural Center Calabar tomorrow on Wednesday, 21st of June 2023.
The world music day is a global event and Calabar is not left out. Many thanks to the CRAF Chairman Mr. Irek Friday Dee and his Exco team, the committee tasked with the responsibility of seeing the event through in the persons of Youngbone Emmanuel, Jeremiah Robert, Flawless Duke, Tushi Gucci, Clef Gee, Philenobemush, Upper Dee and Trendy Cole.

The Events has gained a lot of momentum as it has been endorsed by Special guest of Honours in persons of Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem, the Honorable Speaker Cross River State House of Assembly and Hon. Stanley Nsemo, member representating Calabar Municipality in the State house of Assembly.

This year celebration is aimed at sensitizing the general populace about a clean and green environment in Cross River State for a healthy lifestyle.
It’s indeed a big statement that there’s a green light for the Cross River State Entertainment industry as HE Governor Prince Bassey Otu is also making strategic moves to reposition the sector.

Cross River State artistes Forum CRAF, has a one voice and it’s says togetherness and growth and sustainability.
