Dr. Janet Ekpenyong who was specially lauded for her giant stride in healthcare development by the Dynamic Youths, Assemblies of God Worship Centre, State Housing, Calabar, received unwavering accolades for exceptional performances since she came into office.

Her choice of the prestigious award from the Dynamic Youth may not have caught many unawares considering her proven track record in the health sector which has witnessed a significant change in recent times.

Presenting the Award to the Director-General, the President of the Dynamic Youth ministry, Blessing Ukpai, said that the award given to Ekpenyong was to further encourage her to continue the good work she is already doing in the State.

In her response, Dr. Janet Ekpenyong who restated her commitment to Healthcare services in the state thanked the Dynamic Youths for honoring her with the award.

\”Today I have been awarded by the Dynamic Youths of Assemblies of God, Worship Centre. I really feel honored. For me, it is a motivation to keep doing more and it also gives me so much joy that the little contributions we are making to see how we can better the society is being recognized.\”

She also reiterated the Agency’s commitment to improving the health and quality of life of Cross Riverians and also dedicated the Award to all health workers, saying they are the frontliners when it comes to health service delivery to Cross Riverians, ensuring every one particularly children and mothers receive health services irrespective of where they are, even those in hard-to-reach areas.
She further thanked His Excellency, Sen Prof Ben Ayade for giving her the opportunity to serve and pledged her commitment to continue to serve humanity.
