Gov. Otu visits Calabar South\’s ongoing road construction and pledges improved infrastructure

 

His Excellency Bassey Otu, the governor of Cross River State, visited the construction site of a 2-kilometer road network in the Nyong Edem neighborhood of Calabar South in order to evaluate the status of important infrastructure projects.
