Hon. Bassey Akiba Stands in Solidarity with the Muslim Constituents and the entire Muslim Community, Wishes for a Fulfilling Ramadan

Hon. Bassey Akiba, Member representing Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency, extends warm greetings and best wishes to all our Muslim constituents and the entire Muslim community as the holy month of Ramadan begins.

In light of the challenging times facing Nigeria and the world at large, Hon. Bassey urged Muslim ummah to keep the nation in their prayers and to exemplify the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity as they observe Ramadan.

Recognizing the significance of this holy month of Ramadan month, Hon. Bassey encouraged all Muslim colleagues to fully embrace the spiritual rewards and benefits it offers. He emphasized the importance of engaging in acts of worship such as salat, sawm, and other forms of Ibadah, and urged them to use the opportunity for spiritual renewal and reflection.

As the Sultan declares the beginning of Ramadan, Hon.
