Bassey Akiba, Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Healthcare Services and Member, representing Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency, initiated the Bridge Cooperative Scheme. In a heartwarming gesture, the federal lawmaker disbursed over 30 Million Naira to leadership and members of Cooperatives, and constituents across his federal Constituency during the Yuletide.
