It was another profound moment to honor someone who is worth celebrating and to acknowledge all his support for youth as Comrade Evalsam Ekpe, State PRO, NYCN Cross River State, welcomed the Honorable Commissioner IV, Cross River State Forestry Commission, Hon. Isaac Obo, for honoring the invitation.
