Hon Ralph Egwu If I am elected I will ensure issues related to health care will dominate our thoughts, our debates, and our budgets.-

Below are the few of many life changing agendas by the aspirant (Hon Chief Ralph Egwu)

1) ••SECURITY
•I Will address capacity building of law enforcement agents in terms of quantity and quality as this is critical in safeguarding the sanctity of lives and property;

•I shall immediately commence widespread consultations to amend the Constitution to enable States and Local Governments to employ State and Community Police to address the peculiar needs of each community.

•Guarantee of Permanent peace and solution to the EREI nation and other conflict prone areas in order to engender unity and social harmony

2) ••JOB CREATION
I shall Embark on vocational training, entrepreneurial and skills acquisition scheme for graduates along with the creation of Small Business grants Guarantee Scheme to create at least 150 new jobs every year, for the foreseeable future;

•I will ensure i work collaboratively with the local government executives, private sectors and the State Government ETC to explore options that will Boost the economy of Biase and aswell reduce poverty in the LGA

3)••AGRICULTURE
I will Modernize the agricultural sector and change BIASE from being an LGA of self-subsistence farmers to that of a medium/commercial scale farming producer by ensuring the Good people of Biase are part of the beneficiaries of tractors, seedlings and grants ETC from the CBN and state/Federal ministry of agriculture

4)••EDUCATION
Facilitate teachers training and improve the competence of teachers along with vigorous state and local government inspection

••Renovate dilapidated educational facilities to enable the pupils/Students learn in a conducive environment

••Payments of students bursary, Registration/purchase of jamb forms and registration of SSCE is doable

5)•••HEALTH
Provision of free ante-natal care for pregnant women, free health care for babies and children up to school going age and for the aged

Moreso, the events of these past years have underlined for each of us the vital importance of health. Without personal health and well-being, all our other efforts and achievements stand for naught. And while this is the case for each of us individually, so too is it the case for us collectively. No public policy issue is more critical to our LGA than a robust and responsive health care system. If I am elected I will ensure issues related to health care will dominate our thoughts, our debates, and our budgets.

6)••WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
I will Ensure the rights of our women are protected as enshrined in our Constitution

I shall Recognize and protect women empowerment and gender equality with special emphasis on economic activities in rural areas

Finally I am not desperate but i have an ambitious Blue print of innovation and progress. It is designed to pursue the objectives and aspirations of sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation.

We are coming through a difficult time. But we are fortunate in that we are emerging with our spirit and our determination undiminished.
