A man caught attempting to vandalize the Jibowu Bridge in Lagos is sentenced to four-month in prison from a Magistrate Court in Oshodi.

Officers from the Lagos State  KAI apprehended him while he was trying to remove screws and nuts from the bridge.

KAI Marshal Olaniyi Cole announced the arrest and sentencing, emphasizing the crucial role KAI officials played in preventing infrastructure damage.

The authorities swiftly arraigned the suspect at the Oshodi Magistrate Court, where the court found him guilty and sentenced to four months in prison.

Cole, commended the KAI team’s vigilance and quick response, underscoring the dangers such acts of sabotage could cause.
