NANS CRS DECLARES THE PURPORTED DISSOLUTION/RECONSTITUTION OF THE JOINT CAMPUS COMMITTEE BY COMR. DIO EMEKA REX ILLEGAL/UNCONSTITUTIONAL/UNCONVENTIONAL

NANS CRS Declares The Purported Dissolution/Reconstitution Of The Joint Campus Committee By Comr. Dio Emeka Rex Illegal/Unconstitutional/Unconventional

The leadership of NANS in Cross River State hereby declares the dissolution/Reconstitution of the executive council of NANS CRS by Comr. DIO EMEKA REX nullity.

There is no provision of the NANS charter of Demands or any conventional practice that gives Comr. DIO EMEKA REX as anything whatsoever, the right to dissolve and reconstitute the JCC council.

While we are not bemused by this myopic move, and the fact that the Comrade lacks historical precedence on this matter, we urge all students\’ to disregard any student parading his/herself as CRS NANS official.

The entire students\’ community is hereby notify to desist from any activity pertaining to NANS CRS with the unceremonial dictator comr. DIO EMEKA REX till further notice. The act is a display of unjustifiable and ultravires powers that has no bearing in the Democratic system of NANS, he is advised to go and ask more of how my administration became legitimate in 2021, while I do not contemplate to be a Mugabe in Students Unionism(and not within my widest imaginations), pls disregard and information circulating the social media.

Thus, forum of JCC Chairmen in South South region do not know any element called Mr. Dio Emeka Rex as Deputy Coordinator of Zone B. However, it may interest us to know that, there was nothing like Zone B convention in Kwale, Delta State. What happened there was a mere committee of friends who appointed few persons to head themselves against the entire zone.

The leadership is still very substantive and cannot be shaken by mere tantrums of a person who is bereaved of his constitutional and conventional powers. We hereby advise Comrade Dio Emeka Rex to stay off anything that concerns NANS JCC CRS as any attempt to do otherwise will be resisted within the confine of the law.

All other consequential directives shall be made as soon as possible.
