Cross River-born Dr. Ogar Emmanuel Idoko, National President-Elect/Crown Prince of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD), has congratulated the Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on securing his party’s ticket for a second term in office.
Dr. Ogar commended Governor Otu for his youth-inclusive style of leadership and administration, noting that the Governor has consistently demonstrated commitment to empowering young people and creating opportunities for their active participation in governance and leadership.
He also extended congratulations to all elected members of the National Assembly and the Cross River State House of Assembly on their victories, urging them to remain steadfast in their commitment to service, development, and the welfare of the people.
Dr. Ogar Emmanuel Idoko, whose inauguration as President of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) is scheduled to hold in September in Calabar, further extended a hand of partnership and collaboration to leaders and stakeholders across sectors towards advancing healthcare delivery, youth development, and societal progress.
He emphasized the importance of collective effort and inclusive leadership in building a stronger and more prosperous Cross River State and Nigeria at large.
