Otu Appoint New Chairman,State Council of Chiefs

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN, STATE COUNCIL OF CHIEFS

His Excellency, the Governor, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, in excercise of the power vested in him by Section 3 of the Council of Chiefs Law, Cap C15 Laws of Cross River State 2004, has approved the appointment of His Royal Majesty Ovai (Elder) Solomon Osim Edward JP, Paramount Ruler of Abi Local Government Area, as Chairman, State Council of Chiefs.

The appointment of His Royal Majesty Ovai Osim Edward is for a term of 2 years effective from 215 June, 2024.
