SOCRISS WW UNICAL VICE PRESIDENT MESSAGE TO ALL FRESH AND RETURNING STUDENTS

Its imperative to know the worth of education in the life of a growing youth and Nation at large, and as such every youth needs to embrace education because its the light of the world. I understand vividly well we all have been in our various home for Eight(8) months as the result of the ASUU strike. One thing I need to encourage you all is that ‘all its not lost’. Let’s be thankful the long awaiting strike has been resolve and full academic activities have commence in all institution.

However is on this note as the Vice President SOCRISS WW, I hereby welcome all fresher’s and returning Students back to their various campus within the State and outside the State.

In synergy with the President, members of executives, super and supra stakeholders/leaders from South, Chapter executives, NACRISS WW, NANS, SUG executives to ensure your welfare is secured and interest protected throughout my service year.

I commend the selfless effort of our lecturers, Vice Chancellors, Rectors for always maintaining peace and tranquility during and after the striking months, and we are optimistic it will transit to efficient inculcating of knowledge and morals till the end of this semester.

I ought the female genders to be in their good state and not being used as toys in the hands their counterpart. I also advice the students to embrace reading culture and as well engage in meaningful extra-curriculum activities.
