WHY SHOULD FORMER GOVERNOR BEN AYADE NAME BE BLACKMAILED AND DOMINATING MEDIA SPACE OF SEN JARIGBE AGOM JARIGBE MEDIA AIDES IN RECENT TIME?

As a concerned Cross Riverian, I have read several baseless and unfounded stories particularly by one Patience Aruku which her mission currently is to blackmail and fabricate all sorts of fake propaganda against Sen Ben Ayade in regards his constitutional right to Appeal his Senatorial election petition
tribunal judgement which he felt unsatisfied as a law abiding citizen.

Pointing accusing fingers at former Governor Ben Ayade\’s meeting with the APC National Chairman is uncalled for, is sounding very irrational particularly now that Ayade is working around the clock with the Leadership of the APC in the South South to deliver APC to victory in two Governorship election slated for November 2023 in his geopolitical zone.

Today, Cross River State became the only APC State in the south south, courtesy of His Excellency Sen Ben Ayade and he has not relented his efforts in supporting and making sure that APC wins more States in South South Zone and Imo State specifically where our Sweet Prince is the Chairman Campaign Council.

Therefore, those cooked and shortsighted articles written by one Patience Aruku accusing His Excellency former Governor Ben Ayade of new romance with the National Chairman of the APC, Dr Ganduje is very laughable and sympathetic because if she knew role of Sen Ben Ayade in All Progressive Congress in South South, I don\’t think she will embarrassed and humiliated herself in such dimension in the media space.

Patience Aruku assertion on Sen Ayade is very disheartening and uncoordinated because she failed to know that His Excellency Ayade is a National figure of the APC and he must have constant meeting with his National Chairman particularly as the party is preparing for Governorship elections in the zone..

It is wrong to start now to preempt the outcome of the Appellate Court judgement even when hearing date has not been fixed by the Court.

Whenever judgement is in favour of PDP, you will hear raining of encomium on judiciary such as \” Indeed, Nigerian judiciary is committed to the last hope of a common man\” but once judgement is not in favour of PDP, the stories will change to \”Miscarriage of justice\”. \” Judiciary is the problem of Nigeria\”.

Madam Patience Aruku should bear in mind that courts has difference jurisdictions and stages such likes, High Court, Appeal Court and Supreme Courts which they reviewed, verified and administered judgements based on constitution of the land and merits.

However, Sen Ben Ayade has freedom of association, movement and expression as ordinary other Nigerians. Therefore, of no account should one uninformed and jobless person should used his ( AYADE) constitutional right to blackmail him.

Finally, as a concerned Cross Riverian, I will advise Patience Aruku to always cross-check facts before coming out to embarrass herself and demonized judiciary based on \” I hear say\”, is not our culture in Cross River State to do so.
