In a remarkable demonstration of the commitment to the well-being of the people, the Commissioner for Housing, Cross River State, Hon. Dr. Beatrice Igwe, today joined Her Excellency, Rev. Eyoanwan Otu, the wife of the Governor Of Cross River State for the flag-off of a free medical outreach.
