According to our findings, the state chairman after defecting from the People’s Democratic Party with former governor, Senator Ben Ayade to the All Progressive Congress where Bukie was already a member has constantly attacked and maligned Hon. Bukie Okangbe politically. The fight that started during Ayade and Hon Minister Owan Enoh elections. He has since been spending money to make sure Bukie Okangbe is invisible in the National.

Despite her loyalty and honesty to the party, allegedly people are saying that the state chairman has vowed to make her invisible to the extent that many people have reached out to her to go and seek apology and reconciliation with the party chairman. The state chairman also embarrassed Bukie Okangbe at the last APC summit at the presidential villa in Abuja, which was what drew our attention to investigate the differences between the duo

In as much as a lot of people wish to be close to their state while playing national politics, the reverse is the case for Hon. Bukie Okangbe as the state chairman, Hon. Alphonsus Eba, has been her nightmare ever since. This growing hatred for Hon. Bukie Okangbe by the state chairman is due to the revelation by a close source to him who pleaded anonymity that the state chairman is afraid of the growth of Bukie Okangbe at the national level in which she always appear at many committee lists of the APC at different election periods. He disclosed that the hatred started during the Senator John Owan Enoh and Senator Ben Ayade elections.

Revelation regarding the attitudes of the party chairman towards Bukie shown that she’s yet to know her offense since she has never had any confrontation or issue with him neither had she abused or exchanged words with him in anyway. She has since decided to be the boss to herself and watched how events unfolds.

When we contacted Hon. Bukie Okangbe with the issue and our findings, we notices that the young and vibrant Bukie has resigned to her fate till the tenure of the state chairman ends or she possibly leaves the party for the chairman and find herself a party that would warmly accommodate her having gone through enough hell in the hand of the state chairman.
