Oden Ewa Foundation Announces Successful Candidates for the 2025 Scholarship Programme at the Federal Polytechnic, Ugep
The Oden Ewa Foundation has released the list of successful candidates for its 2025 Scholarship Programme at the Federal Polytechnic, Ugep. The scholarship, designed to run for ten (10) years, aims to empower Nigerian youths through quality education and skill development in line with global trends in Artificial Intelligence and manpower development.
Each year, 150 students are selected as beneficiaries. The scheme is cumulative—meaning that as students progress to higher levels, new recipients are also admitted into the programme. Consequently, by next year, a total of 300 students (150 new and 150 continuing beneficiaries) will enjoy the Foundation’s sponsorship.
Successful candidates are advised to visit the Foundation’s Secretariat to collect their scholarship letters or check their registered email addresses for downloadable copies.
Speaking on the initiative’s sustainability, the Director of Administration, Dr. Usani Joseph, reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to funding the programme. He noted that the Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Oden Ewa, remains deeply passionate about investing in education as a means of raising a generation of responsible, skilled, and value-driven youths.
“Hon. Oden Ewa believes that true empowerment comes through education. His goal is to build a generation that understands its worth and contributes meaningfully to society rather than becoming tools in the hands of those who do not value them,” Dr. Usani stated.
Dr. Usani further emphasized that the selection process was transparent and merit-based, guided strictly by the Foundation’s criteria without favoritism or external influence.
