Putting People First: Free Medical Outreach Delivered to Ward 10 Residents by the Chief of Staff, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar
A free medical outreach was conducted on Tuesday in Ward 10, Calabar South, by the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State Dr. Emmanuel Ironbar, in partnership with the Association of Resident Doctors in Cross River State Chapter.
The exercise formed part of activities to celebrate and give back to the people of the ward.
Speaking at the event, the leader of the medical team and President of the Association, Dr. Ogar Emmanuel Idoko, stated that the outreach was carried out in support of the Governor of Cross River State, Apostle Prince Bassey Otu, and in recognition of the Chief of Staff’s consistent friendliness and support to doctors in the state, including his role during the successful national hosting of resident doctors in Calabar in July.
The outreach recorded a massive turnout, reaffirming the belief that health is wealth, especially in this season of goodwill.
