Peller, Jarvis Make Surprise Move Ahead of White Wedding Today

Popular Nigerian TikTok stars Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, better known as Jarvis, are set to hold their white wedding today, Saturday, August 8, 2026.

The couple’s latest wedding ceremony is expected to be a much more private affair, with only a limited number of guests allowed to attend.

Peller had earlier revealed that attendance would be restricted to between 80 and 100 guests, following his experience at the couple’s traditional wedding in Lagos on August 1.

According to the content creator, he was frustrated by the large turnout at the traditional ceremony, alleging that some attendees obtained aso-ebi mainly to gain access to the venue and record the event rather than celebrate with the couple.

In a bid to avoid a repeat of the situation, Peller said the white wedding would be attended mainly by close family members, friends and a select number of industry colleagues.

He also stated that bloggers would not be allowed into the ceremony, reinforcing the couple’s decision to keep the event private.

However, fans who will not be able to attend physically will still have an opportunity to follow the celebration online. The wedding is scheduled to be streamed live on Twitch and YouTube, giving supporters a chance to watch the ceremony virtually.

The white wedding marks another major milestone in Peller and Jarvis’ highly publicised relationship, which has attracted millions of followers through their TikTok content and livestreams.

The couple’s journey to marriage has included Peller’s proposal to Jarvis in Accra, Ghana, the completion of traditional marriage rites, and a civil wedding in Lagos before their traditional celebration.

Their August 1 traditional wedding attracted celebrities, musicians and social media personalities and generated widespread conversations online. The event also featured several viral moments and generous gifts from well-wishers, including a reported N400 million mansion in Abuja, cash and a plot of land.

With today’s ceremony deliberately kept intimate, attention is now shifting to how Peller and Jarvis will celebrate their final wedding milestone away from the large crowd that characterised their earlier celebration.
