CRSPHCDA Receives More Vaccines, Data Tools And Other Commodities From NPHCDA\”

Since the inception of Deaconess Mrs Abasioffiong Offiong as the Director General of the Cross River State Primary Health Care Development Agency, the Agency has so far not lacked those basic amenities that keeps the PHC running. A lot has been achieved by her in just a space of 4 months with those achievements flying all round the media space resulting to many appreciations and encomiums from the masses.

Again, the workaholic DG has received more vaccines from the NPHCDA to ensure that our children are kept safe, alive and healthy which is the primary function and responsibility of every good leader especially in the health sector. This objective Mrs Abasioffiong has diligently ensured even as this administration is winding now.

In her words; \”The wellbeing of Nigeria Children is always placed at the pyramid. Therefore prevention from all vaccines preventable disease is key to achieve sound and healthy life of all Nigeria children. The National Primary Health Care Development Agency have been consistent in ensuring that this is actually achieved by supplying all needed vaccines to our State. Our children\’s health remains a major priority and no one will play politics with their lives. We\’ll finish strong and we\’ll make sure we don\’t leave a vacuum judging from the fact that we\’ll make sure we leave behind more vaccines to last our children until a new leadership is put in place.\”

The DG extended her appreciation to the leadership of NPHCDA, the state government, health commissioner, partners and her entire management team.

Some of the vaccines supplied to the state includes; BCG, Rota, PCV, Hepatitis B, etc and all in large quantity.
