Al Diriyah have reached a verbal agreement to sign Darwin Núñez from Al Hilal on a season-long loan deal, with no buy option included.

The agreement gives Núñez the opportunity to continue his career with the team for the 2026/27 season after Al Hilal gave the green light for the temporary move. The deal will be a straight loan, with no permanent transfer clause attached.

Documents are now being prepared ahead of Núñez completing his medical and putting pen to paper on the agreement. Once those formalities are completed, the move is expected to be officially confirmed.
