It’s no longer breaking news on the current developments of the National Youth Council of Nigeria Cross River State chapter as the current executive continues to draw close to her transition day.


The current executive council of NYCN CRS, led by Comr. Dan Obo Jr., is about to transition to another new executive of NYCN CRS as their tenure is coming to an end. It is expected that the Comr. Dan Administration will transit on June 19, 2024; therefore, a lot of preparation in line with the NYCN constitution is ongoing for the NYCN CRS Convention and Election 2024.

On this note, the planning committee for the forthcoming elections and convention, led by the Chairman, Comr. Saviour Otu, has called on a press conference to discuss the situation and level of planning for the NYCN CRS CONVENTION AND ELECTIONS 2024.

It was a brief discussion that was more focused on the Chairman, Comr. Saviour Otu, to highlight the need for the National Youth Council of Nigeria Cross River State Convention and Election 2024, which started with the chairman\’s opening remarks.

In addition, Otu mentioned that the convention and election, which are scheduled to occur at the Obubra Youth Service Camp, are among the events planned for the next transition. \”Sales of forms for aspiring candidates will kick off on May 13th and run through June 7th, providing ample time for prospective leaders to formalize their candidacy.\”.

Victor Kajuo, who’s in charge of security, stated that the convention was taken to Obubra for the utmost security, and most security measures have been put in place awaiting the camping convention.

Closing the conference, the secretary to the planning committee, Comr. Prince Agbor, gave a vote of thanks, addressing the media houses.
